Bio:
My name is Stef Reed and I’m a Yoga teacher in the Lakes.
I’ve been teaching Yoga for almost a year and it has played a huge part in my life. First starting my Yoga asana journey in 2014 finding the postures and physical practice, but I had always been drawn to the spiritual side since a young girl. Practicing different forms of meditation, ancients healing practices, collecting crystals – always having a sense that there was more out there. I have incorporated Yoga and all of its aspects into my daily routine for many years now.
The reason I became a Yoga teacher was to share the incredible benefits that Yoga has to offer. I could list it all and go on and on forever about how amazing it is – but I’m sure you’ll find that out for yourself!
I am also a qualified climbing instructor and currently studying a diploma in Naturopathy that includes Plant Based Nutrition. Also, soon to start a L3 in Complementary Therapies course in September 2019. My goal is to guide, support and inspire people as they strive to be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. In the future I aim to offer a wide range of therapies, fitness and Yoga to help you on your journey to health and wellbeing.
I believe, the best medicine out there is to get outdoors, get moving and just breathe!
My motto in life is ….
‘Health is the greatest gift’ – Buddha
