Bio:

Firstly, I am passionate about Yoga.  I am flexible, strong and love the way I can move my body into the Yoga  Asana’s (postures).  When you meet me you will realise I am a larger lady both in body and personality : – ). I have developed my personal Yoga practice and my yoga classes to specifically teach curvy bodies.

I am training with Anna Guest –Jelley, Founder of Curvy Yoga.  My Curvy Yoga classes will teach you how to move your body to get the best from Yoga asana’s, to learn to move the body you have and to love how it can move with ease.
